Speaking of peppermint this is our next favorite oil to have in our medicine cabinet. Peppermint can help to improve joint and muscle pain. It also can help headaches, stomach aches, bronchitis, clears sinus issues and helps to decrease fever.

Tea Tree oil has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Most people know this oil can help heal wounds, acne and fungus on nails, it can also be used to prevent and reduce infections. We love to diffuse this oil in our home and office to help clean the air of pathogens and other allergens.

Lavender is one of the most used scents used all over the world. Some people use it to relax in a bath setting and some spray some onto their pillow to help relax the mind and get soundless sleep. Not only is this oil relaxing it also helps to heal burns, cuts, sting of any insects, rashes or skin conditions, lastly it helps to reduce anxiety.

Sweet Orange not only smells amazing but has antimicrobial, anticancer and antioxidant properties. This oil helps with detoxifing the body so one can loss weight faster. It also helps with energy as it contains vitamin C. Sweet orange oil can be used for anxiety and depression as well.

Eucalyptus essential oil is used world wide, when you buy an over the counter vapor or chest rub used to suppress cough, usually these products contain Eucalyptus oil.

Frankincense another wonderful and very ancient essential oil mentioned in the bible to help with many illnesses.
